Proposed Concourse Improvements

"The Fenway Park concourse has the most limited area for fan amenities, concessions, restrooms and circulation of any park in Major League Baseball. Many of the newer parks provide twice the concourse space, enabling fans to enjoy a wide array of concession services, clean, attractive restroom facilities and well lit open areas to better circulate and enjoy the total game-day experience. When the standing room areas (described above) are added to the equation, even less space remains for these services, concessions and necessary fan amenities."

The concourse improvement component of the proposed project includes the following:

i. Yawkey Way

ii. Bleacher and Right Field Concourse Expansion

Total proposed new structure seating equals approximately 21,750 square feet.
